1. The service

Auction Calendar (auctioncalendar.ai) is provided by BlueMesa Systems LC, [ADDRESS], New Mexico, USA (“we”). It aggregates publicly listed auction dates, titles and links from third-party auction platforms into one calendar. We are not the auctioneer, we do not sell the goods, we do not place bids, and we are not a party to any bid, sale or contract on any platform.

2. Accuracy

Listings are collected automatically from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, mistranslated or wrong. Closing times marked “approx.” were published without a timezone. Always verify dates, terms and fees on the platform itself before relying on them or bidding. We accept no liability for a missed, moved or cancelled auction.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to it can access your account. We may suspend accounts used to scrape, resell or abuse the service.

4. Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed in advance at £12.99 per month or £49.99 per year (prices include VAT where applicable and may be shown in your local currency at checkout) and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Refunds: within 14 days of a first purchase on request; otherwise at our discretion. Statutory rights for consumers in the EU/UK are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use and API

You may use the service and its public API for personal or internal business use. Do not resell, redistribute in bulk, or present our data as your own product without written permission. Cache API responses and identify your application.

6. Intellectual property and takedowns

Platform names, marks and listing content belong to their owners; links point to the original source. If you operate an auction platform and want your listings removed or corrected, email takedown@auctioncalendar.ai — we act promptly.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including losses from bids placed or not placed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. [CONFIRM GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE FORUM WITH COUNSEL.]

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
